Terms of Service

1. The service

WireMyPanel is a web application for designing and planning electrical panels and installations: placing equipment on panels and DIN rails, connecting terminals, recording circuits and loads, and producing documents such as schedules, labels and a project passport. It also offers preliminary calculations and suggestions, and an optional assistant.

WireMyPanel is a design and planning tool. It does not certify designs or installations and is not a substitute for a qualified electrical professional. Read the Electrical Design Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you, and old enough to do so where you live.
• Give a valid email address you control. We use it to verify your account, reset your password and send service messages.
• Keep your password confidential and tell us at i@wiremypanel.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure to protect it.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts or create accounts by automated means.

3. Your designs and content

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload: projects, diagrams, circuits, loads, notes, photos and documents (“your content”). We claim no ownership of it.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, display and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure and provide the service to you — for example saving your projects, generating documents, showing a passport through a share link you create, and, when you use the assistant, sending the relevant project context to the assistant provider described in the Privacy Policy. The licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in backups until they are overwritten.

You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law, or upload content that is unlawful, infringing or malicious;
• try to access other accounts or projects, probe or bypass security or rate limits, or disrupt the service;
• scrape, copy or resell the service or its product catalogue data, or use it to build a competing dataset;
• overload the service by automated or excessive use, including of the assistant;
• misrepresent a WireMyPanel output as certified, approved or verified by us.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep WireMyPanel available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is and as available. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you can do with your existing projects, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible, and you can always export your projects.

6. Free access and planned subscription

WireMyPanel is free to use through 30 November 2026 (until 23:59:59 UTC). We plan to require a paid subscription, at $10 USD/month, to create and edit projects from 1 December 2026.

• Payments are not yet operational. Nothing is charged today, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
• Without an active subscription after that date your account stays open: you can still sign in, view, export and delete your projects and your account.
• Before subscriptions start we will publish the subscription terms — including billing period, renewal, how to cancel, refunds and any taxes — and you will see them before you subscribe. Subscriptions will renew only as described there, and you will be able to cancel renewal at any time with effect from the end of the paid period, without affecting any statutory rights you have.
• If the planned price or start date changes, we will update this section before it takes effect.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using WireMyPanel and delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, endangers the service or other users, or where required by law. Unless that would be unlawful or compromise security or an investigation, we will tell you why and, where practical, give you the opportunity to export your projects first.

8. Export and deletion

You can download any project as a JSON file, and all your account data, at any time — including without an active subscription. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, your projects, their revisions and your uploaded files from the live service and ends any passport links you created. How deletion and backups work is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

WireMyPanel — its software, design, product catalogue compilation and documentation — belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. Manufacturer names and product names belong to their owners; their appearance in the catalogue doesn't mean they endorse WireMyPanel. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Responsibility for designs and limitation of liability

You are responsible for the designs you make and for how they are used. Calculations, checks, suggestions and assistant answers are preliminary aids based on the data you enter and stated assumptions; they must be verified as explained in the Electrical Design Disclaimer before any installation work.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from relying on a design, calculation or suggestion that was not verified by a qualified person, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (which may be zero during free access).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you use WireMyPanel as a consumer, you keep your rights under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including where they let you bring proceedings in the courts there. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version is dated at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the application before they take effect. If you don't accept a change, you can export your data and close your account.
